Business with Customers - Steps Involved
Here are 5 quick steps involved in processing orders from customers and doing business with them.
STEP 1 – You receive an order
Your customer places an order on PepPill app and you receive the order on your PepPill account. This is the first step where you engage with your customers and do a better pharmacy business. Then, the status will be ‘Submitted’ once the order is placed. It implies that the order has been submitted to PepPill for digitization.
STEP 2 – PepPill digitizes your order
PepPill would digitize the uploaded prescription image after the customer has placed the order. Then, the order status will become ‘New’. Now, you can start to process the order and check the availability of the requested medicines.
STEP 3 – Send an estimate
You send an estimate, so your customer gets a clear idea on the price, available medicines, and details of delivery/pickup. The order status will become ‘Estimated’ based on this estimate, then the customer will proceed on the order.
STEP 4 – Customer accepts the estimate
Your customer reviews the estimate and decides to proceed on the order, based on the order value, medicine availability, and time of delivery/pickup. Then, the order status will become ‘Accepted’ once the customer accepts the estimate.
STEP 5 – Confirm delivery
This is the last step to complete your order. You can finalize the order and proceed to delivery once the order is accepted by the customer. The delivery mode can be either home delivery or customer pickup. The order status will become ‘Delivered’ after confirming the delivery of medicines.
